Want to spend the night at the zoo? This summer, older Junior Zookeepers will get a chance to stay up late with the animals, spending the night camped out in the zoo house. We'll roast marshmallows by the fire and exchange campside stories. Then we'll take our flashlights around the nature center to get a special sneak peek of what it's like to stay up late with the animals.
Activities include late-night games like Poachers vs. Predators, bat boxes, movies, and nighttime feedings.
IIt will be a rare chance to see our nocturnal animals where they like it best - the dark. It's also a fun way to extend your Junior Zookeeper experience!
All overnight campers will need to provide their own flashlight and sleeping bag. Overnight programs run from 8 p.m. to 9 a.m.
